Billing questions
What happens when my monthly plan runs out?
Your pay-as-you-go credits take over automatically. If you have none, the action pauses until your plan renews. Nothing is ever charged without you deciding to.
Do unused monthly credits carry over?
No. Your plan's monthly pool returns to its full amount every month, it does not accumulate. Pay-as-you-go credits do stay on your account.
Do pay-as-you-go credits expire?
No. They stay on your balance until you use them, with no subscription and no deadline.
What about the 10 free credits at signup?
They are granted once, when you create your account, to test the engine on your real jobs. They do not renew: the Free plan has no monthly pool.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions have no commitment: cancel in one click from your account and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does a failed action cost me credits?
No. Credits are debited once the action succeeds. An interrupted or failed generation is not counted.
